Warmly decorated, this house has a history all its own.

We immediately noticed tell-tale features such as the low doors to the outside and the orientation towards the church, giving the place an atmosphere steeped in history.

Over the last century, this house has in turn housed a grocery shop, a café and a post office, with its foundations facing what was once the parish heart of a vast area in the 7th century.

The destiny of Sioniac was transformed with the creation and development of Beaulieu in 860, turning this small village into a peaceful place...

Even today, this quiet village offers a holiday punctuated only by the crowing of the roosters and the church bells. This house is just like us, full of history and beautiful moments, and its imperfections give it all its beauty.

Here, we recycle! 
You'll find containers for household waste and recycling, a crate for empty glasses (bottle breakers a few dozen metres away), and a composter. We're counting on you!

The household products available to you are as natural, responsible or Ecocert ® labelled as possible: white vinegar, black soap, bicarbonate, etc.

The wood is left to develop freely and is a great playground for wild animals as they approach the village. It is kept to a minimum.

Children must remain under supervision.

We're sure that, like us, you'll want to keep your energy consumption under control. Turn off the lights and use heating and air conditioning sensibly and sparingly.
Many windows are fitted with mosquito screens; in summer, opening them at night to let in fresh air is often effective.
